I think we wont be ever recruting like we did in wca. We will accept only either very good players(like Sensei) or players who can bring some good things to clan(like Joey). We are doing pretty good this way and I personally don't think that it would be smart to change it.

but i do play good(ofc not as good as sensi but.....)I and beat speed......l and speed were on the opposite teams in bog and i beat him by 5 kills....(lol i also knifed him ih the face XD)anyways.......nowadays i have been only sniping(not even using pistol cause im trying to no scope )thats y i have a low kills.....i have improved in sniping.....

Score in tdm doesn't proves anything. You may have beat him, but he is better at sniping (no offense). And it's how good you play with team in S&D. Blaze is very very good with snipers... He may not show it by the scores in tdm (thou they are very good too) but he definitely shows it in S&D trainings and wars. He is very 'explosive' and can pull of some amazing shots.

Anyways, you should wait till someone else replies to this topic. I'm not in charge of recruting

i think that we don't even have 2 recruit...
we are big enough...we got so many good ppl in game and out
+ like this we all know who is and who isn't in clan and like this we have more chances 2 get good players cuz we can all agree cuz we aren't big...

omg does those ppl who post their applications know how to read. It saying that we dont recruit but they still post their applications. And one more thing. HOW do they find our forum if noone told them. When i didnt have the url i looked on google and couldnt find it so i bookmarked it now.
