I've just noticed that only administrators can open new topics in other forums/subforums (don't know which is it) like downloads, gaming, etc. Is it intended to be that way or...?

ye i noticed that yesterday :S commando will do something about it he's the boss here about forums and things he knows what to do just wait for him to come back from school,cuzz hes doing something really important lets hope it will go well *crossed fingers*

Offtopic: I went to school for presentation but the noob teacher came 20 min late and only the first group could do it. so now i have to wait two weeks
